Evolve are partnering exclusively with a leading organisation in the Aesthetic marketplace, who are looking to grow their team in the UK. They are seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager to join their team, and you’ll be responsible for enhancing their brand and supporting the commercial team to drive revenue growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional with a sales-orientated mind-set, and a proven track record of strategic and operational marketing. Our client is seeking someone to be based at their office in Central London, with the potential to work from home 1-2 days per week.

Ideal Requirements for the Commercial Marketing Manager
- The candidate will ideally have experience in Aesthetics, however other backgrounds within MedTech/Medical Devices or Dental may also be considered.
- A degree or diploma in Marketing is desirable.
- Experience in working in a commercial marketing role, with a proven track record of operational and strategic marketing.
Role Responsibilities for the Commercial Marketing Manager
- Oversee and protect our clients reputation in the market, working with KOLs, influences and media to maximise brand awareness.
- Manage product launch campaigns in the UK, ensuring they align with sales goals and enhance overall brand perception.
- Lead PR initiatives to enhance brand recognition and boost sales channels in both medical and consumer markets.
- Design and execute events (conferences, symposiums, trade shows, seminars) that showcase the brand, and generate sales leads.
