Summary: The Glasdon Group is a market leader in the design and supply of a wide range of environmental and safety products. Our products have been helping make the world a cleaner, safer place for over 65 years. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Group Marketing team in Blackpool, Lancashire. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive marketing strategies across the organisation and monitor the results of these strategies. The successful candidate will be provided with full comprehensive support and training.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Writing SEO content for websites that is tailored for the target audience and includes the most valuable key words.
- Conducting key word research to determine the most effective words to be used.
- Managing CPC/PPC campaigns to increase revenue from sponsored advertising (Google & Bing).
- Using tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and measure the success of SEO strategies.
- Researching industry related topics.
- Developing an understanding of SEO and CPC changes and keeping up to date with changes.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- A "can do" attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ideally 2 years' experience with CPC management.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- A good understanding of social media and IT.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ideally a 2.1 Degree in Marketing, Business or Maths and/or strong A-Level results in English Language and/or Maths/Science.
