Warehouse Associate

About the Role:

A growing siding supply company in Sheffield, OH is looking for a dependable, full-time Warehouse Associate to join the team as a direct hire. If you have solid warehouse experience and are ready to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What we can do for YOU:

• Pay: $15-16/hr
• Shift: Monday – Friday; 7:30 – 4pm | Occasional Saturday OT
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401k

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tow motors (forklifts) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks
• Pick and pull orders accurately
• Follow safety procedures and wear company-provided PPE
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment

Requirements:

• Proven work history in the warehouse or logistics industry
• Tow motor (forklift) operation experience
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Must wear work clothes and steel-toe boots
• Must pass a background check
• No cell phones allowed while on the job
