We’re Spirits of Virtue, and we make the world’s largest portfolio of award-winning non-alcoholic spirits. We’re own-label royalty, brand builders, and proud sellers to 27 countries and counting.
Now we need a National Accounts Manager who’s got the black book, the charm, and the commercial hunger to help us take over the UK retail world (and possibly a bit of Europe, too).
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
- Lead and grow our relationships with major UK national accounts (ASDA/Walmart, ALDI, etc.)
- Get us into new doors — across grocery, discounters, specialist retailers — wherever drinks are sold and shelves need a glow-up
- Work directly with our Commercial Director and Managing Director — yes, real access, not just Slack messages
- Drive private label, own brand and branded products — our triple threat offering
- Travel often. Win often. And still be home-based (just not sofa-based).
We Think You Might Be:
- A BWS legend or FMCG renegade with a killer contact list
- Someone who knows their way around own label deals, branded playbooks, and buyer psychology
- A self-starter, deal-closer, and all-round commercial grown-up
- Tired of the corporate slow lane — and ready to build something fast, fresh, and actually fun
What You’ll Get:
- £75k+ starting salary, depending on experience
- Big bonuses for big wins (we like reward more than red tape)
- A chance to work with the best management team in the UK (unofficial title, widely believed)
- Global footprint. Category leadership. Future-proof product.
- No corporate fluff, no pointless meetings, no “just following up on that” nonsense
A Note to Agencies: We see you. We salute your hustle. But we’re not accepting agency CVs for this role — this one’s personal.
