We are looking for an ECommerce / Web Merchandiser to enhance our e-commerce strategy and ensure seamless product presentation across Salesforce Commerce Cloud. In this role, you will focus on optimising product content, category management, and promotions to drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and optimise the online product catalogue (descriptions, images, metadata)
- Enhance category pages for usability, search visibility, and conversion rates
- Develop and schedule promotional banners, landing pages, and content updates
- Monitor product performance, making data-driven merchandising adjustments
- Utilise Google Analytics and other tools to track trends and optimise site performance
- Implement basic HTML & CSS edits for minor layout improvements
- Ensure SEO best practices across on-site content
- Perform quality assurance checks to maintain consistency across devices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies
- 1+ years experience in e-commerce / digital merchandising
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Business Manager tools (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
