IT Infrastructure Manager Requirements Take responsibility for the Infrastructure of the organisation with an clear direction on how this will develop and grow. Provide excellent leadership to a small but growing team. Take accountability for performance and security. All with the vision of how to future-proof this. Take ownership of supplier relationships with a strong technical understanding that enables the conversation to be beneficial to all parties. Ensure Change Management and Configuration Management is is robust and upheld Maintain clear documentation. Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including but not limited to Intune, VMWare and Azure. You will need to have M365 and Azure Admin skills. Have worked with Cisco switches. Help with IT budget setting. You will have a degree in an IT related field. ITIL Foundation is a nice to have. Relevant technical certifications.
