We have partnered with a dynamic and in demand design company who are seeking a talented, enthusiastic and client-facing Senior Designer. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a fresh design perspective and a drive to expand and enhance their skills in an innovative, design-led company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine design concepts, contributing to the overall creative process
- Manage specific project stages, ensuring all design elements meet the client’s vision and expectations
- Work on multiple balancing demands efficiently
- Collaborate effectively with team members, senior designers, technical designers, and external consultants to ensure successful project outcomes
- Attend client meetings to present ideas, gather feedback, and support design development
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and design innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the team
- Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and documentation to support project deliverables
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Previous experience within commercial/workplace projects, with a strong portfolio that highlights creative and high-quality work
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of clearly articulating design ideas to clients and team members
- Excellent organisational and time management skills for handling multiple project tasks
- Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about ongoing learning and professional development
