An established UK business is looking for a confident, technically minded individual to join their team as a Product Specialist. You'll be working with innovative outdoor equipment used in the sports and grounds sector, supporting clients across the North of England and Scotland.

About the Role
This is a varied, field-based role combining on-site installations, demonstrations, product training, and client support. You'll help the customers to get the most out of the specialist equipment. There will be regular UK travel, Monday to Friday, with some overnight stays and some European trips for training and meetings and UK trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site product installations and training for customers
- Offer hands-on troubleshooting and aftercare support
- Build long-term relationships with clients, acting as their go-to contact
- Identify and feed back on potential product or sales opportunities
- Attend trade events and represent the business professionally
- Support product launches, demos, and follow-up visits as needed
