Our client, a well-established and growing construction and engineering business, is looking for a confident and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth running of their operations and team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling calls, emails and enquiries professionally
- Managing databases, documents, and templated files (quotes, RAMs, warranties)
- Coordinating deliveries, materials, and site orders
- Supporting HR and recruitment, including screening candidates
- Overseeing Health & Safety compliance and staff training
- Assisting with job scheduling, diary and fleet management
- Producing reports on leads, KPIs, and business performance
- Helping implement new systems and processes across the team
- Liaising with engineers, clients, and external partners
