The role:

  • Generating sales leads through proactive phone and video calls, e-mail, and networking events
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients to maintain and develop your network and talent pool
  • Learning about your sector to become a specialist and be seen as a trusted Recruitment Consultant
  • Generating talent through online job boards and social media channels such as LinkedIn
  • Managing your targets
  • Holding virtual and face-to-face client meetings and candidate interviews
