To support our global operations, we are looking for an ambitious and committed General Counsel for a predominately commercial role, but you will have oversight of litigation claims, competition law and other legal issues affecting our European operation. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Structure, negotiate and draft strategic commercial agreements including customer, supplier and distributor contracts. Provide clear direction and strategic know-how to our European leadership team on commercial matters. Manage disputes and litigation to achieve a practical and cost-effective result. Advise on legal risk and ethical compliance in Europe including anti-corruption laws, EUDR and Code of Conduct. Oversee Mergers and Acquisitions. Monitor legal changes within the industry and implement any necessary changes or challenge any prospective changes that may impact the organisation\’s operations.
