A full time, permanent opportunity has become available at our Barnsley site for a Production Planner to join the team. The successful candidate will work as part of the Engineering team responsible for the implementation & execution of the site maintenance strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Direct Management of Engineering Team Managers & Engineering shift teams.
- Develop & embed maintenance processes that yield sustained improvements to meet the site and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance in areas of responsibility with all statutory and company regulations regarding health and safety and safe working practice, security, food safety & quality.
- Develop strong and effective cross-functional links to maximise long-term asset development.
- Establish & report on key Maintenance KPIs (PPM, Corrective Actions, Cost, Engineering Stores).
- Control Maintenance spend in line with company objectives.
