JLH are currently shortlisting on behalf of a leading 4* resort in the Scottish Highlands, this hotel which is part of a larger national group is looking for a Rooms Division Manager who is looking to progress into a Hotel Manager role within 12 months. This is a developmental role where you will exposed to Food and Beverage and the HR/Commercial side of the business so that you will be ready to oversee your own hotel.

The ideal candidate will be a existing Front of House Manager with experience within a high volume hotel, have the ability to relocate to the Scottish Highlands (staff accommodation and meals provided) and have the ambition to become a General Manager in the future.
