About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to join our team and support the Head of Strategy. You will play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights that inform and enhance our performance media and creative strategies. Your work will help deliver results-driven campaigns that drive commercial success for our clients.

Collaborating across teams, you will ensure insights support innovative, effective, and measurable marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse data to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights that inform client strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to develop data-driven frameworks for omni-channel campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights into audience behaviours, campaign performance, and market trends.
  • Create clear, compelling reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with media, creative, and client services teams to align strategies with campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and social media platforms for in-depth performance analysis.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep WePlay at the forefront of sports marketing innovation.

About You

  • Proven experience in a data analysis role, ideally within marketing, media, or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, data visualisation software, and social media insights platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
  • A genuine passion for sports and an understanding of the sports marketing landscape is a plus.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
