Sustainability and innovation are at the heart of what we do .Responsibilities:Delivering high-quality structural designs in steel, concrete, masonry, and timberLeading projects from concept to completion across residential, commercial, and industrial sectorsProducing calculations, drawings, specifications, and structural appraisal reportsAttending and contributing to design team and client meetingsManaging project budgets, timelines, and sustainability goalsLiaising with contractors, stakeholders, and third partiesSupervising and mentoring junior engineers and CAD/Revit techniciansEnsuring compliance with CDM regulations and current design codesSupporting business development and identifying new opportunitiesRequirements:Minimum 2:1 BSc/BEng in Civil or Structural EngineeringChartered or working towards chartership with ICE or IStructEAt least 6 years post-qualification experienceStrong technical knowledge and use of structural design softwareHands-on experience with heritage and conservation projects (essential)Confident team leader and project managerExcellent attention to detail and commitment to high standardsA proactive, client-focused mindset with strong communication skillsFull UK driving licence and access to own transportReady to take the next step in your structural engineering career?
