About The Role Job Title :HR Advisor – Schools Hours : 22.5per week Location : Auxilium House, School sites – mainly required to be on-site in Herefordshire Salary :£19,042- £19,869 actual salary (FTE £31,314- £32,675) based on a 22.5hr week, full yearworking pattern (dependent upon experience) Contract :Permanent Closing date: 15th June 2025 Interview date : 20thJune 2025 Applications will be considered for full year working or term time plus 4 weeks (42 weeks), working days can be flexible, to be discussed at interview. Hoople have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor (Schools) to provide a comprehensive, professional, high quality advice and support service on the full range of HR disciplines to schools and academies. This includes supporting clients with complex employee relation casework, by email/telephone/teams and onsite, acting as an investigating officer on variety of employment matters, report writing and attending formal meetings.
