As part of their continued success, they are now looking to welcome a Planned Maintenance Administrator to join their busy and supportive team. This is a fully office-based role and hybrid working is not offered. This is a key administrative and coordination role, where you will be responsible for managing scheduled maintenance activities across a portfolio of clients nationwide. Your role will ensure essential works are carried out efficiently, on time, and in full compliance with regulationswhile balancing engineer availability and travel logistics. You will be responsible for: Managing planned maintenance schedules for a portfolio of clients across the UK. Monitoring deadlines to ensure maintenance is completed within compliance requirements. Scheduling engineers based on skill level, availability, and location to maximise efficiency. Reviewing engineers\’ diaries to minimise travel time and ensure logical routing of jobs.
