Your role as a customer success executive :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Coordinate high-value 1:1 meetings between sponsors and senior delegates to maximise engagement and ROI.
Serve as the main point of contact for delegate enquiries, providing timely and effective support pre-event.
Manage key administrative and logistical tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
Work closely with sales and customer success managers to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.
About you:
You must be degree-educated, with a strong academic background
Fluent in Arabic is a bonus but not essential
Someone who is personable, confident, and naturally enjoys building relationships
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Thrives in fast-paced environments and works well under pressure
