Compliance Manager

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Suffolk. Job Purpose * Take responsibility for ensuring and reporting on compliance within UK Compliance Standards across all the Council’s housing stock as well as our new depot facility. * Prepare reports and give professional/technical building safety and compliance advice. * Coordinate and provide training of other non-technical staff on compliance related subjects. About you * Experience in a comparable environment. * A degree qualification and/or membership of a relevant professional organisation. * Experience of managing building safety and compliance as well as leading staff and contractors. * Experience of business planning, change management and continuous improvement in a similar environment
