We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and strategic leader to establish and spearhead our clients QA and Service Delivery function. This is a pivotal role responsible for defining and executing the strategy for our QA and Release Management operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our client's software releases, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing the overall service delivery capabilities. This role offers a great opportunity to build and shape a critical function within a growing technology company, working closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and contribute significantly to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:- Quality Assurance Management
- Lead and Mentor the QA team
- Oversee all aspects of the QA lifecycle, including test planning, design, automation, and reporting
- Implement and enhance QA methodologies
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to integrate QA
- Release Management
- Lead and manage the release management process
- Implement and manage release gateways and sign-off procedures to ensure stakeholder agreement
- Develop and maintain release schedules, communication
- Coordinate release activities across multiple teams like Development, QA, Infrastructure, Product to ensure smooth execution
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for QA and Release Management
- Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the company
- Define and champion best practices, processes, and tooling to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of QA and release operations
- Proven experience within QA and release management with at least 5 years in a Management or Leadership role
- Strong understanding of QA Methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proven ability to define, implement and improve processes
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
