As an experienced Transport Supervisor you will have sound geographical knowledge and experience working with UK Transport at Night. Check in with drivers at the start of their shifts to confirm punctuality. Prepare and issue drivers\’ route sheets and ensure they collect the correct paperwork. Communicate job details to drivers and gather relevant updates or information. Liaise with customers to take orders and respond to transport-related queries. Create, update, and allocate jobs using the Transport Software system.. Debrief returning drivers and review their completed paperwork. Record arrival times to ensure compliance with customer booking requirements. Monitor and report on Customer DOTs (Deliver On Time) with daily updates.
