Composite Inspector

We are looking for highly skilled Composite Inspectors to join a leading motorsport team on a long-term contract. Key Responsibilities: Inspect composite components for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity Use a variety of inspection tools including Verniers, micrometers, and laser measurement systems Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Document inspection results and maintain accurate records Identify and report non-conformances and assist with root cause analysis Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with quality standards Requirements: Proven experience in composite inspection within F1, motorsport, or aerospace Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes Ability to work night shifts and weekend days Proficient in using precision measuring equipment Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100 or ISO 9001 is a plus Benefits: Competitive hourly rate Long-term, stable contract Work on world-class motorsport projects Supportive and quality-focused team environm…
