Pertemps Reading are looking for a Class 2 Moffett Driver to work with a Building Suppliers in Witney.
40 hours per week | 06:00 - 15:00 / 07:00 - 16:00
£30k base salary & £3k driver incentive bonus
As a Class 2 Moffett Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Operate Moffett
- Operate a lorry in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transport
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, mileage, and fuel consumption
To be considered for this Class 2 Moffett Driver role, you should possess the following:
- Valid UK driving licence (C+E) with CPC Digi
- Valid Moffett Ticket – Expired tickets accepted and training can be provided for any suitable candidate who do not have any Moffett experience
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good geographical knowledge
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
