Our Client is currently looking for a Visualization Specialist to join the team in Irvine, CA.

The Expectations of a candidate:

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team atmosphere with an open, positive attitude.
  • Possess knowledge in the elements and principles of design, composition, 3D modelling, real-world lighting, and visual storytelling.
  • Lead visual design work from ideation to mock-ups and implementation.
  • Develop and deliver renderings, animations, and VR experiences that communicate the Clients' brand design coherently with digital and print mediums.
  • Create compelling visualizations and animations from Nurbs, SubD and polygonal data for weekly/monthly design reviews with Design teams.
  • Meet design specifications from Engineering and deadlines established by Design Managers.
  • Organize and prepare files for Design reviews and presentation materials.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment.
  • Up to 20% of domestic and/or international travel.

Requirements:

  • 3D Visual Artists are required to create photo real renderings of projects including animations, creative lighting, Atmospherics, texturing, unwrapping, and 3D modelling of scenery assets.
  • Prepare and translate 3D data to and from applications such as: Alias, Catia, VRED, Blender, Unreal.
  • Create repeatable creative animations and rigging, realistic interaction with the environment, and suspension movement in Unreal Engine.
  • Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to understand their needs and anticipate and prepare for visualization needs.
  • Design Degree preferred but High School Diploma or Technical or Vocational training in creating/editing animations/videos, VRED, and Unreal Engine may be considered.
  • Proficient with Software tools: Unreal Engine, Blender, Premier Pro / After Effects, and Photoshop.
