Salary: Β£40,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a busy facilities team on a static commercial site in Southampton. This is a full-time, permanent role with a solid and consistent working environment - no travel between sites required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
  • Fault finding, repairs, and small installations
  • Working on drainage, sanitary ware, pipework, and general plumbing systems
  • Keeping accurate records of work and reporting issues when necessary
  • Supporting other trades as needed on-site
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role
  • Good understanding of building services systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Desirable:
  • Awareness of Legionella compliance
  • Basic knowledge of other trades (e.g., HVAC, electrical or fabric tasks)
