What you’ll be doing: • Coordinating inbound and outbound goods, including planning and picking • Leading and motivating the warehouse team to ensure strong productivity • Managing stock levels, inventory accuracy, and warehouse layout • Maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring compliance • Overseeing quality control and implementing process improvements • Route planning for a small multi-drop fleet and managing drivers • Acting as keyholder with open/close duties • Ensuring compliance with fleet and O Licence regulations What we’re looking for: • Previous experience in a Warehouse and Transport Manager role or similar • Strong leadership and people management skills • Working knowledge of reach and counterbalance forklifts (refresher training available) • Good understanding of stock control and warehouse best practices • IT confident with an eye for detail and organisation • Experience in route planning and managing delivery operations • Clean driving licence and excellent reliability What’s in it for you: • Salary up to £45,000 per annum • Annual bonus scheme • Free on-site parking • Long-standing and stable employer with a supportive team culture • Monday to Friday schedule with consistent hours What You Need to Do Now: If you\’re interested in this Warehouse and Transport Manager role, please apply and forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
