An exciting opportunity is available to join an award-winning Subsidence Services Division as a Subsidence Adjusting Executive. Manage domestic and commercial claims from start to finish with full autonomy, supported by a collaborative team and advanced tools. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing a portfolio of subsidence claims up to an agreed value
- Acting as the primary point of contact for both customers and clients
- Making technical decisions on your cases once training and licensing are complete
- Producing tailored reports and maintaining accurate action plans for each claim
- Ensuring reserve accuracy and driving claims to a timely resolution
- Liaising with suppliers to monitor progress and service quality
- Communicating updates with all stakeholders throughout the claims process
About You – Knowledge and Experience:
- Subsidence Claims Experience: Previous experience managing subsidence-related insurance claims is essential
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident communicator and negotiator, able to explain complex matters clearly and with empathy
- Highly Organised: Capable of prioritising and managing a busy caseload efficiently
