Job Description One of our highly touted international law firms are looking for a mid/senior level corporate associate to join their team in London. The firm is an international law firm and are looking for a corporate associate between 3-6 PQE. The core expertise is private M&A but there will be the opportunity to work on public M&A, JVs and more. The team has worked on some very high-profile deals and are particularly well versed in the retail/consumer and technology sectors. Whilst you don’t need to be a specialist in these areas, some prior experience will be beneficial. The role requirement is down to growth and the team has had an excellent year with a healthy pipeline of work across the next couple of years.
