We are currently seeking skilled linguists for long-term freelance opportunities as Proofreaders specializing in legal and technical translations from English (US) into Irish (Ireland).
Role: Proofreader
Mandatory Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English (US) to Irish (Ireland).
- Specialization in Legal and Technical fields.
- Exceptional attention to detail, spelling, and grammar.
- Ability to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines.
Minimum Requirements (Must meet ONE of the following):
- A degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies, OR an equivalent degree with significant translation training from a recognized institution.
- 2 years of translation experience plus a college degree.
- 5 years of translation experience (no degree required).
- A certificate of competence in translation issued by an appropriate government body.
Additional Requirements:

- Completion of onboarding modules.
