Key Responsibilities
- Efficient Check-Ins & Outs: Provide swift check-ins for arriving guests, following our procedures, checking out departing guests.
- Guest Interaction: Anticipate guests' needs, surprising them with genuine connections.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure precise data entry and daily reporting.
- Hotel & Local Knowledge: Know everything about our services and the locality to upsell services and help our guests get the most out of their stay.
- Maintenance Coordination: Report issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.
- Financial Operations: Handle guest billing and maintain reception float accuracy.
- Standards: Uphold our standards in reception and public areas.
