Concierge Security Officer

Kingdom Services Group has a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join the team, working at a supported living site in the Bridlington, YO16 area.

Location: Bridlington, YO16 area.

Start date: ASAP.

Salary: £12.21 per hour.

Hours: Average 48 hours per week, 3 on 3 off shifts, night shifts as per site rota, starting at 17:15.

Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Sign visitors in/out of the building.
• Maintain security through hourly patrols, CCTV monitoring, and recording movements.
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure health and safety compliance, including fire procedures.
• Report emergency repairs outside working hours.
• Assist with access control and contractor monitoring.
• Complete concierge checklists, record relevant information, and hand over to day shift staff.
• Prepare incident reports as needed.
• Report significant client issues to on-call staff or supervisor.

About you:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional approach with good judgment and attention to detail.
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
• Valid SIA license.
• Full five-year checkable employment history.
• Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check (paid for by Kingdom).
• Own transport preferred.
