Trainee Customs Clerk & Customs Clerk required for Sunday Times Top 250 Logistics company based at Southampton. ( Hamble )

Trainee Customs Clerk would suit an individual who has gained some freight/ logistics industry experience and wants a long term career with an excellent employer or someone looking to have a career in Logistics with the right attitude.

Trainee Customs Clerk Package:

Salary 25K – 30K
Hours : Monday to Friday – business hours -09:00 – 17:30 or similar
Group Personal Pension Plan to 5%.
Up to 25 days holiday

The Role:

Co-ordinating and liaising with Customs Authorities, administering all freight requiring customs clearance whilst complying with all necessary controls and HMC formalities and procedures, including bonded stock. This job is ideal for someone who already has some experience in a Customs environment – or as a first step on the career ladder for someone who is interested in working in customs.
