Security Floor Officer – X1 Position Available – GU15 We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our security team in Camberley\’s busy town centre. This is a customer-facing role in a vibrant, fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Patrol all areas of the shopping centre (retail floor, service corridors, car parks) Ensure public and staff safety at all times Monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents professionally Carry out daily fire alarm and safety system tests Provide visible deterrence against theft and anti-social behaviour Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and tenants Support emergency evacuations and liaise with emergency services Assist in managing lost property and first aid incidents Uphold site policies and maintain professional conduct throughout About You: SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Essential) Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, presentable, and able to stay calm under pressure Previous experience in security or customer-facing roles preferred First Aid and Fire Marshal certifications are a plus (training can be arranged) Must be physically fit and comfortable walking/standing for extended periods Shift Details: Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off Hours: Early Shift: 7:00am – 6:00pm Late Shift: 9:30am – 8:30pm Day shifts only, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis Benefits: £14.48 hourly rate Full uniform provided Opportunities for training & development Work as part of a supportive, professional team Make a real difference in keeping the community safe Please call (phone number removed) or send CV
