Job Description:

Teaching Personnel are looking to employ ECT Teachers to work on a long-term contract at our partner schools in Oldham and Rochdale.

Teaching Personnel supports ECTs in finding their first placement and starting their careers positively. You will work closely with a dedicated consultant who will help prepare you for interviews and applications.

We partner with secondary schools across Oldham, Rochdale, and Greater Manchester, offering support regardless of your location or preferred work area.

Candidate Requirements:

• QTS Qualified Teacher
• Experience teaching KS3/4
• An inspiring teacher capable of motivating pupils

You will be paid to scale and be welcomed onto a temp-perm contract, allowing you to start your ECT induction and focus on your teaching.
