Domino’s UK & Ireland are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Company Secretary to join our Legal team! In this vital role, you will ensure that Domino\’s UK & Ireland complies and adheres with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will assist in the management of corporate governance processes, support board and committee meetings, and maintain company records with precision and care. Success in this role looks like: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Assistant Company Secretary within a FTSE 250 company is essential. A Qualified Chartered Secretary with CGI, ACG, or FCG credentials. A Comprehensive understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements.
