Practice Manager, South West London, £65,000 – £70,000 Our client, a well-established and growing accountancy firm with two offices in London, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join their growing team in a pivotal role. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with the autonomy to influence practice performance and client service delivery. With a diverse client base of limited companies, OMB\’s and individuals, you will support businesses in sectors such as media, property, consultancy, hospitality, and professional services. You will play a key role in day-to-day operations while contributing to client retention and growth. The Practice Manager Role Oversee workflows, staff, and general operations across both offices Lead and support the in-house and offshore teams Act as a key contact for client queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings Review annual statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT, and SATRs Liaise with HMRC regarding compliance checks and disclosures Support junior staff development and training About You Ideally ACA / ACCA Qualified Solid general practice experience including limited companies, VAT, CIS, and SATRs Proven team management or supervisory experience Confident using QuickBooks and Xero (TaxCalc experience beneficial) Comfortable handling more complex tax matters including high net worth and non-domiciled clients Highly organised with a commercial mindset and a hands-on approach Package As well as a competitive salary the firm provides a bonus scheme, pension, flexible working plus continual training and development opportunities.
