Our client is looking to recruit a FNOL/Concierge Claims Technician within their Property Claims team (location flexible but Birmingham/Bolton preferred) with Hybrid or fully remote working available subject to operational needs. You will use your technical knowledge and experience to assist adjusters to proactively case manage, negotiate, and settle property claims, as licensed.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact to policy holders making an insurance claim
- Providing outstanding customer service and putting the customer at the centre of everything
- Building strong professional relationships with team members and other areas of the business
- Ensuring all information is documented correctly prior to Loss Adjuster visits
Skills & Requirements:
- Insurance/Loss Adjusting/Claims Handling background preferable
- Team player with the passion for helping others
