Our client is a fast-growing consultancy seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead and develop their marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing strategy in a dynamic, forward-thinking business, and to make a real impact on brand visibility, lead generation, and overall growth.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and day-to-day delivery across all areas of marketing. You will be remote based with occasional travel to Gloucestershire and other UK events. This role has a starting salary of up to £55,000.

- Refine brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms
- Conduct market research to support brand positioning and identify new opportunities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and manage external suppliers when required
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in a small business or consultancy setting
- Strong skills in digital marketing (email, SEO, content, social media, analytics)
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Canva

- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently
