Rate: £16.05 per hour (circa £43k)

Shift pattern: PERM NIGHT SHIFTS. 5 on 3 off, 5 on 2 off

This is an opportunity to lead a small security team at a corporate location in the City of London. Prior experience of supervising a security team in a corporate, residential, luxury retail or hospitality environment is preferred.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • You will have experience supervising a team in a security (corporate, luxury retail, residential or hospitality) environment.
  • SIA license holder
  • Happy working perm nights on a shift pattern of 5 on 3 off, 5 on 2 off
  • First class customer care skills with a passion for service excellence.
  • A passion for training and developing staff

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the delivery of site services whilst ensuring a 5-star service is delivered to guests, visitors and staff.
  • Supervising a small security team
  • Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development.
  • Staff training and development
  • Rota management
  • Undertake regular security patrols.
  • Front of house meeting and greeting
  • Incident management and response
  • Responding to facilities issues within the building
  • Safeguarding of various assets to include people, buildings and information.
  • Oversee the operation of security systems.
  • Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities teams.
  • Undertake security officer duties as required.
