Small Works Manager

Small Works Manager (m&e) Based in Durham, DL12 Mon-Fri, (40hrs per week. £41.48ph via umbrella (No CIS/LTD). 3 months, minimum    The SMW\’s Lead Project Manager will be accountable for the efficient operation of the small minor works safety systems across the site including the liaison with client duty holders to ensure statutory and procedural compliance and site. You will lead a team of Project managers, Mac Planners and CPC\’s to manage project execution for all aspects of the assigned projects. Ensure CPC\’s are delivering accurate asset data for handover of any capital projects including all relevant documentation, training and commissioning data. Assign a portfolio of projects to the appropriate team to ensure on time delivery Provide governance reports and presentations to the client of accurate updates on project progress Investigating end-to-end supply chain & logistics issues, defining options & solutions Collating discovery work into formal recommendations Presenting findings/recommendations to the logistics leadership team    Qualifications & Experience Relevant experience in a senior PM role A knowledge of the hard services and facilities management sectors is desirable Good understanding of statutory requirements in a technical environment Understanding of risk management and HSE    More details on request.    Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.
