Trainee Recruitment Consultant Rail Technical Division Bolton (BL3 2NZ) £25,000 + uncapped commission January 2025 Start Ganymede is seeking a driven and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Rail Technical division in Bolton. As part of our well-established team, you will start by supporting delivery for existing vacancies, with a clear pathway to progress into a full 360 recruitment role. The Role In this entry-level role, you will begin by learning core recruitment skills: attracting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates, while guiding them through the recruitment process. As you grow in confidence and experience, you will start managing client relationships, building external networks, and generating sales leads. Eventually, you’ll assume responsibility for developing your own client accounts and handling job vacancies in a 360 capacity. Throughout, you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship from our experienced team, ensuring you have all the support needed to excel.
