We have an exciting opportunity to join our Aerospace team in Salford, as a Recruitment Consultant. We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to join us.
This is a fast-paced role driving excellent delivery for our prestigious and established clients.
Main Duties include
- Obtain full requisition details and person specifications from clients to facilitate an accurate matching selection.
- Register and screen candidates to facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements in line with company standards.
- Arrange interviews, negotiate offers, assist with onboarding and security clearance, and prepare contracts.
- Ensure that all contractors comply with client and statutory requirements.
- Resolve any queries regarding pay, absences or any other factors which may affect performance.
- To maintain an accurate database by regularly updating candidate and client profiles.
- Comply with all data protection guidelines in line with company policies.
- Potential opportunities to visit clients and attend site visits or recruitment events.
This role would ideally suit someone who has a really good work ethic, can do attitude and is a team player. Recruitment experience is not essential for this role, however prior telephone based experience or customer service experience would be highly advantageous.
