Family Solicitor – Malvern | Full-Time We’re working with a well-established, growing law firm in Worcestershire that’s looking to expand its Family Law team in the Malvern office. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Family Solicitor who’s ready to lead from the front and manage a varied and rewarding caseload. If you\’re confident handling a broad range of private family law matters and enjoy helping clients navigate challenging times with sensitivity and expertise, this could be the perfect next move. What You’ll Be Doing: * Managing your own caseload of private family matters including: * Divorce and separation * Financial remedies * Private children matters * Pre- and post-nuptial agreements * Cohabitation agreements * Advising clients with clarity, compassion, and professionalism * Drafting and preparing court documents, applications, and client correspondence * Representing clients at court and managing matters from instruction to resolution * Supporting junior members of the team, sharing knowledge, and offering mentorship * Getting involved in marketing, networking, and business development initiatives * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and professional standards What We’re Looking For: * A qualified Solicitor in Family Law * Strong experience in private family law – including finances and children * Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain legal issues to non-lawyers * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proactive, highly organised, and client-focused * Enthusiastic about contributing to the continued growth of the department What’s On Offer: * Competitive salary depending on experience * A supportive team culture where your work will be recognised and appreciated * Real scope to grow your profile and input into the future of the department * A beautiful office location in Malvern with a well-established client base * Opportunities to get involved in local networking and business development
