Junior Buyer (Direct - Engineering)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Buyer (Direct – Engineering) who will join an iconic motorcycle manufacturer organisation. The successful candidate will support with purchasing activities, supplier management, and procurement administration across various projects. The Junior Buyer will: * Support the purchasing function and other departments by identifying and communicating any supply issues that may affect projects. * Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders to resolve issues around price, quality, delivery, or invoicing, escalating when necessary. * Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for continuous improvement within purchasing. * Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery, escalating concerns as needed. * Assist in the creation of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports. The Junior Buyer will have: * Degree / Diploma in Engineering Qualified or Supply Chain specific qualification * Manufacturing or Engineering experience. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and within a team. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. * High attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities.
