Planner – Preconstruction Bridgend Permanent salary package This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing contractors as a Planner based in South Wales. Responsibilities include: * Working within a close-knit Preconstruction Team, working across all sectors of the Civil Engineering spectrum. * Assist in leading the overall planning function at a divisional level. * Ensure adequate resources and training are provided to ensure that each tender and project have the appropriate level of support. * Review the buildability of projects and produce/develop contractually compliant tender & construction programmes based on budget, work scope and available resources. * Monitor progress on site and update the programme in accordance with contract conditions.
