The Opportunity
We’re now looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join one of our high-profile, long-standing client partnerships. Based on-site in South Manchester (with occasional travel to other UK locations), this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an outstanding recruitment experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Candidate Experience
- Act as the first point of contact on-site for contractor support, queries, and onboarding.
- Deliver face-to-face support sessions, managing escalations and coordinating with internal delivery teams.
- Support onboarding/security documentation alongside our vetting team.
- Ensure compliance with client and statutory requirements for all contractors.
- Drive contractor engagement with regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Support the recruitment and extension process across multiple sites.
- Provide insightful reports on headcount, pay, tenure, and more.
- Handle purchase orders, timesheets, and compliance documentation.
- Attend quarterly and annual business reviews, contributing to continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar client-focused role.
- Strong admin skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A proactive, professional, and supportive approach to all stakeholders.
- A full UK driving license – travel to other client sites (e.g., Stansted, East Midlands) will be required.
- Eligibility to pass DBS and provide 3 years of referencing.
