Looking for a lettings negotiator to join a highly successful and experienced boutique agency in Notting Hill.This is a unique position a very reputable independent company in Prime Central London. Responsibilities: Assisting clients in their search for properties that meet their needs and budget. Conducting property viewings and guiding clients through the process. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service. Learning the ins and outs of the local property market and keeping up-to-date with market trends. Assisting with negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
