We’re recruiting for a skilled and client-focused Private Client Solicitor who can hit the ground running, manage a varied caseload, and support the growth and development of the team. What You’ll Be Doing: * Handling a broad mix of private client matters including: * Wills * Probate & Estate Administration * Lasting Powers of Attorney * Trusts * Court of Protection work * Managing your own files from instruction to completion with minimal supervision * Advising clients in a clear, personable, and professional manner * Drafting and reviewing legal documents via a case management system (LEAP) * Producing accurate IHT forms, estate accounts, and submitting probate applications * Responding to Land Registry requisitions * Ensuring AML and GDPR compliance across all files * Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to business development through networking and marketing What We’re Looking For: * A qualified Solicitor in Private Client work * Proven experience in probate and estate administration is essential * Confident managing your own caseload and mentoring more junior team members * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal * Tech-savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems * Someone who is proactive, organised, and thrives on providing outstanding client service * A team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to get involved in firmwide initiatives What’s On Offer: * Competitive salary depending on experience * A friendly and collaborative team culture * Opportunity to grow your profile within a respected and expanding firm * Flexibility around business development and input into marketing strategy * A beautiful Malvern location with a loyal client base and strong local ties 📩 Ready to find out more or apply?
