Your Opportunity: Join a thriving, family-run ice cream parlour based on a working dairy farm in Bury. We’ve been serving up fresh Jersey milk ice cream and hot snacks for over four years and are now expanding to include a café and education facility. We’re looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to oversee our busy outdoor kiosk and help lead a small, passionate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who’s looking for a regular weekend role – with potential for more hours and long-term progression as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth daily running of the ice cream parlour
- Lead and support a small team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure operational standards and procedures are followed
- Handle basic administrative tasks and daily checks
