We are looking for qualified and experienced Air Source Heat Pump Engineers to join a growing team delivering high-quality installs across the UK. Whether you are looking for secure permanent work or a subcontract arrangement, we offer reliable, consistent opportunities with fair pay and proper support.
The Work:
- Installation of domestic air source heat pump systems
- Typical Monday departure, return Friday once the job is complete
- Accommodation booked and paid
- Overnight allowance provided (permanent role only)
- Team-based installs
You’ll Need (for both roles):
- F-Gas qualification (Category 1 or equivalent)
- Fully qualified plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Gas Safe registered
- Air Source Heat Pump qualification (e.g. BPEC or equivalent)
- Water Regulations Certificate (WRAS)
- Unvented hot water cylinder qualification (G3)
Permanent Role Includes:
- Salary approx. £39,000 (based on experience)
- Company van and fuel card
- Paid accommodation and overnight allowance
- Holiday pay and pension
- Consistent pipeline of national work
Subcontractor Role Includes:
- Fixed-price per install (rates agreed based on system type)
- Paid accommodation
- You’ll need your own van, tools, insurances and certification
- Weekly payments on invoice
