About You:
- As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will have a NEBOSH certificate.
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Have a strong character and resilience.
- Confident to deal with people at all levels from the shop floor up to Director level.
- Be open to learn and develop your skills.
What will you be doing?
- You will support the Health and Safety team and keep all the policies and legislation up to date.
- Risk assessments, policies and audit training.
- Administration of documentation ensuring legal compliance and communication.
- Input in near miss compile monthly trends by department.
- Ensure that everyone is trained and any training needs are booked in.
